The Chtorr would be fucked. Considering House couldn't care less about Earth as a whole, just Vegas, which is of course in the middle of the Mojave desert, there is no way they could establish a sufficient presence to overthrow him. Fuck, a Chtorr invasion of a post apocalyptic landscape period would be a hilariously futile endeavor, with there being no functioning ecosystem to hijack. In House's house, he has all the cards and knows exactly how to play them.
