Long flowing jet black hair with a red bow or ribbon.
Red eyes
Very pale skin. Sort of has a doll look to her.

Decided to go with a sort of mini grim reaper build here. The dual weapon is a metal staff with a retractable scythe head. Long black hooded robes with a traditional black and red kimono underneath. The patron would be a god of death or something similar. The tentacle power would be black chains that are summoned out her of sleeves and can connected to the scythe at the bottom. She isn't an evil character but she wouldn't have the same morals as most other magical girls and usually stays neutral during conflict.

I was going to make her a vampire too but the corruption part sort of confused me a little so I left it out in case I messed everything up.

It took me a while as expected, but here is what I came up with for a character sheet, for use with Jayne's system. We've used it in our game yesterday and I think it worked well enough. I thought of including these small info tables such as Defensive Maneuvers and etc just to be easy to remember which rolls they're supposed to be done with... also because there was some space left that I didn't want to leave blank.
I took several liberties doing it, mostly with the "Spells" section, that is meant to be filled with things you use a lot. Basically so both you and the GM can remember that "to do X costs Y MP". The types are a quick way to remember their function: Attack = deal wounds; Support = grants mechanical benefits such as Soak, bonus dice or healing; Hinder = things that annoy and debuff the enemy, and General = mostly out of combat stuff, or things like teleportation, construct creation, summoning, etc.
The most fatal oversight was possibly not inclusing somewhere to write down your chant.

You have Shadow powers and Psychic ones. It was your first encounter with a monster when this happened so you don't have much experience as to being a Magical Girl or know of any others in the city.

If you were to go for revenge, how would you go about it?
This is just something to get me in the mood of writing on something.
If you need more information, your Monster Girl form basically looks like a Shadow Demon or something. Claws, shadowy hair, horns. Your main focus is also magical power, you have the killing blow power, you have the soul jar perk and inter-dimensional home.

Team up with the traditional good guy higher powers if there are any, because the Puuchu are supposed to be the "asshole" higher powers in your setting, not them. Proceed to battle the Puuchu for the future of the Universe alongside your massive army of magical and non-magical badasses.

Now how would this change if the Puchuu still had convinced other magical girls that they are good and you're just an abomination trying to trick them? Let's say your first meeting with a magical girl results in almost death from you trying to talk and they keeping on attacking.

Would you start to feel unsafe, maybe withdraw and go into hiding for a while? Still stick to only going after the Puchuu? Or would you also blame the Magical Girls and become hostile to them as well?

You don't have to be very rational about it if you don't want to, it's not like you have much information to go by at that moment.

I would blame the Puchuu for brainwashing the girls, the girls are simply misguided. I would first go into hiding to recover and try to plan my next moves. If I meet the very same MG who nearly killed me again, I'll try to give her ONE chance to settle this peacefully again, and do so by standing completely still and basically saying I wouldn't fight nor dodge, as I honetly only wanted to talk.
If they still attacked me and didn't stop before hitting (in that typical cliche moment of "You actually weren't gonna dodge?!"), well, she just killed a shadow double of mine. And just made me very, very pissed - now I'll make her see my point through force. I'd beat her so bad I could kill her at any moment, but then spare her, patch her up while giving a quick lecture, and leave.
This would be my MO for working with thickheaded wannabe paladins that are too blind to see the truth and too deaf to hear it. I'd do it as many times as it took until they were willing to listen to me.
Alas, I'd try to team up with other monsters who shared my goals, and do actions that could prove to the MGs I wasn't evil, like helping people and such. Collecting information on the puchuus, learning who they and trying to find someone who can answer my questions would be priorities. I mean, surely there is some truth to the legends about ancient, legendary beings of infinite wisdom and power, right?

Everything changed with the Monster Girl found the White Coin Magi. They worked the big good thingy that may or may not be an adorable Eldritch Abomination living at the center of the universe who has gotten tried of the Puuchu screwing up everything their father may or may not have possibly made. She learned that not all the Magi where sadly naive children, and that there were those who actually fought for the good of everything rather than listen to marshmallow cats/dogs/whatever.

So, a little girl reaper, who collects the souls of those whose time is already up. She knows who her targets are, for "It" tells her those who are due to pass over to the other side, and she instantly knows where they are and how to get there. She truly wishes only to help people, monsters and magical beings alike with the process of crossing over, and is adamant that her work is done for greater good. "It" is also greatly pleased with her work and rewards her every now and then - Mercy feels deep satisfaction in knowing that she is doing it correctly. She also knows that little by little, "It" draws closer, and one day "It" will come onto this mundane realm and fight by her side, to collect all souls who are already due, and settle old, oh so old debts.

You can tell I'm a monster when not disguised because there are "missing" patches of my skin, allowing you to see my bones, the most blatant one around my left eye, which is also just an empty socket.
My monstrous metamorphosis makes me become a giant, many armed, multiple scythe-wielding skeleton clad in a black cloak. Think if Gravelord Nito and Mergo's Wet Nurse had a child.

So I'm a slightly nerfed female version of Nox, with lots of amazing and virtually indistructable clothing at my disposal. I can sense people sneaking up on me and can poof myself to another dimension if I'm in trouble; and on the odd chance someone's attacks penetrate my pretty pretty dresses, my wounds regenerate.

Damnit, Magic. Stop ruining my strategies. I'll guess I will just have to install Auto-Cannon Turrets around my Fortress to keep a party of friendship crazed little girls and boys from breaking in.

I'll also invest in some sanctified Machine Golems that also have Auto-Cannons. ... -and I'll make my fortress on a floating island with a barrier around. That has Auto-Cannons installed all over the underside of the island.

What would you suggest?
This is balanced not around the CYOA but the supplementary PNP systems. Monster girls being plain better than vanilla girls was becoming an issue (more monster girl players and want-to-be-players), as well as with the introduction of black and white coins. Monster girls are now a sidegrade (and you can definitely get back the +4 loss to your stats because you're allowed to pick 4 perks; there are at least 6 stat increasing perks last time I checked) with a weakness.

It also allows mechanical bonuses not represented anywhere else to be present.

While I've absolutely loved the freedom this adds to creating monster girls and how the perks are flavorful, don't the monster girls become weaker than vanilla MGs in this system thanks to not receiving spec bonuses?
I mean, while I can see you managing to work around not getting the bonuses by selecting certain powerful perks (Immortality, Sapper, Tooth&Claw and Parasite being a few which grant significant power-ups worth the trade), won't they still be a step behind?

You can choose 4 perks and if you wanted you could go for all stat improving perks. Reminder that this is not balanced around Quasar's system but for Sahara and Jayne's; from a pnp perspective, monster girl players should not be an inherently better upgrade from vanilla in every possibly way, and out of their league even more with black + white coin available to be taken by monstergirls as well. We were in the weird middle ground of monster girls not being powerful enough to actually be the monster of the week meta claims them to be, but too strong to justify them being upgrades to vanilla. They get 4-7 free stats with virtually no drawback seeing as roleplaying chaotic urges was more or less optional. Instead they've become sidegrades to vanilla, who are situationially better.

I can understand that reasoning, thanks for the explanation! At first glance it seemed to me as if that would debuff them enough so they couldn't effectively be MOTYs, but mostly I think that's just me liking to see high stats.
Though I'll still probably add two specs, all the stat buffs, 4 of your amazing perks and none of the weaknesses on the Monsters I roll to be used Big Bads desu. Because I like the concept of enemies tough enough to take on a party single-handedly, and to see the party struggle that much.

You've done great, onee-chan! It's kinda hard to guess how much mana something costs, mostly that's a value you'll be able to determine together with your GM. Simple applications of your spec usually cost from 1-3 MP depending on the strength/radius of the effect, and great amounts like 8~10 are mostly for ridiculously strong effects and attacks.
Btw, your wound thresholds are determined by 25, 50 and 75% of your HP, so your's would be 5/-1, 10/-2 and 15/-3. Very durable, and along with your Regeneration, you'd be an absolute pain to take down without a Killing Blow. Quite a solid build!

Even with the stats they had before, in the range of 4-7, that's maybe 3 dice's worths of stats. To have a suitably challenging GMPC enemy mob you need to give around 13-20 more stats and some specialized abilities from what I've seen. A GMPC with 18 AGI and 28 MAG and 5-10s in everything else basically wiped a party. Good luck!

Personally I think as long as you don't actively or honestly decide to go against your perk, even when you embrace the spark, the effect of failing should be less. It isn't your fault some bastard came up at the last minute and ruined everything. Infact I think Righteous could possibly come out of that kind of fall scenario better if they punish the scum who tried to trip them up in the first place. You get an amazing positive sensation from upholding your virtue, bring the hammer of justice down on the monster/person who purposely made you crash. YOU surely didn't deserve it. That's really useful to know, it does feel like it'll take something with that kind of high-end stats to put the party truly in peril... well, for now I'm still testing the waters so I'll see how the perks modify a monster girl's challenge rating before handing out stat buffs. Btw, I've been thinking of ruling the Killing Blow so that it costs all the remaining MP of the girl to cast it. Idk, it feels to me that the backlash of being left "vulnerable" should be very severe, and nothing says vulnerable like 0 MP.
Also, you can't do it if the MP you have left is less than 1/2 of your total. Don't get it wrong - it doesn't cost 1/2, it costs everything currently in your mana pool, but that "everything" can't be less than 1/2.

I've been juggling around with Plasma/Light/Photon/Beam/Pulse weapons trying to figure out something to work with already. I ended up with something that resembled the love child of an assault rifle and a beam gun that can fire swap between normal, anti-tank, and light rounds, has a scope & radar, and a Grenade Launcher. I stared at it and realized I think I over did it even for a Meguca setting. Homura would possibly be proud if she wasn't busy ruining everything.

A greater cost for killing blow might be for the best as tanks won't be able to dodge it and be rendered useless. I think however that we should use damage modifiers in stead with focused assault dealing 1.5 times damage and killing blow times 3. After all a staple end game villain trick is shrugging off the hero's current strongest attack. This can't be done when the rule says insta kill. The only downside I see is additional math.

Blood Knight Magical Girl is here. The Warrior motivation plays off of Honour fairly well in my opinion. Fighting is fun. It's kill or be killed, and every fight I'm in is just a new challenge to overcome. So what if the people I fight wind up dead? At least I'm not one of those cowards who stabs other people in the back--I earned every victory the hard way.

But basically, this would be an example of the Virtue and Motivation clashing to lead the magical girl on a downward spiral. She's not a good person, and she's well aware of it. And as she keeps sinking to deeper and deeper lows, she tries to cling to the one thing she feels she has left--her honour. She keeps her word and she tries to make every fight fair all so that she can try to tell herself that she's still not a bad person.

It doesn't work.

What was keeping you on the ground? An object in a circular low Earth orbit circles the planet in about ninety minutes. If you're near Earth and moving parallel to the surface at a higher speed, you're going to head off into an elliptical orbit or even escape the Earth altogether.

To avoid this fate a magical girl would need some additional form of magic to keep her on the planet. Otherwise centrifugal force is going to have her spinning past the Moon before long.
