It's heavily implied that the WAAAGH! might actually be a stronger force than the Warp. I recall one of the older codices stating that daemons rarely manifest on orkish planets if they can help it, because unlike humans and eldar, orks are mostly immune to warp fuckery.

Orks aren't immune to Warp Fuckery, there is Khornate and Nurgleate Orks. Orks are just more resistant due to their Orkiness.
This first of all makes them very difficult to tempt to any Chaos god besides Khorn [and even him they mostly ignore because 'Our godz is da best!"], and second of all, yes, they segregate out Chaos orks pretty fast.

So how would Daemons of Gork and Mork look? Simple. They'd look like GROTZ.
Big horrible Grotz. Conniving sorcerous Grotz. Grotz with long knifes, coming to kill you in the night before you'd had a chance to grab yer choppa and hav a proppa go. Squigs - but with Grot-Faces rather than Ork faces. And maybe - just maybe - a few tiny, winged Orks, kicked around and bullied and used in cockfights by laughing daemonic Grotz.

Slaanesh is god(dess) of of pleasure, particularly the excess of pleasure. Followers are known for painting their stuff in bright colors and become more powerful (via blessing from Slaanesh) as they practice more and more pleasurable excesses.
They take pleasure in battle, and they certainly practice excess in fighting. They paint their vehicles bright colors (red) and gain power from their pleasure when fighting.

There was a story in one of the old codices about an ork leading a gang into the eye of terror fucking up daemon worlds until they hit Khornes place the leader managed to cut him then get stepped on and flipped the big K off.
Khorne liked his moxxi so he keeps resurrecting the gang so they can fight and get slaughtered endlessly, i think the story ended with the leader saying "See boyz i told ya we'd find da best fight!!!"

The way I see it, other gods have daemons because they're based off emotions. Different types of that emotion can form the demons. Khorne may be rage, but righteous indignation may be a powerful daemon of Khorne, as it's it's still rage, but a specific kind of it.
Gork and Mork aren't living emotions. They're truer gods in that sense, they're not manifestations of anything but themselves. So there are no splinters of shades of them that could be deamons.

They go around to all places, being so cunnin that nobody can see them. They interact with seemingly random objects, and if they were to explain their plans to you, you wouldn't see any way for them to work. They'd be logically impossible. I'd imagine that you'd also find Slaaneshi Orks among Da Kult of Speed (gotta go fast is an obsession on par with lust, right?), and Tzeenth's doctrine of constant change would be popular amongst MekBoys, MadDocs, and Kunnin' orks of all stripes
