I've been playing for a little over twenty years, and I have only ran into obvious magical realm shit twice, in all of those years. I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but if you don't play with autistic virgins, it's probably not gonna happen.

It's possible, yes. Transformation has huge problems even without Magical Realm though. It's one of those types of magic that's completely game-breaking in all but the most high-powered settings.
