Buy 40k, cease production of all models and start releasing new ones made of some kind of porous plastic with a small resevoir of liquid inside.
The liquid would have two functions:
1) stabilise the plastic, so that when it runs out after a couple of months the model disintegrates or otherwise becomes unusable
2) resist painting by preventing paints from binding to the plastic, or disolve the paint, or something like that.
Maybe start selling kits to refill the models with the liquid, or special paints you can only get from GW.

Planeswalker cards are no longer cast. Instead, you start the game with them in the "Infinite Planes" zone, where they can tap and use abilities which target permanents you control, and from which they can be summoned at any time.
Remove lands; instead creatures and planeswalkers tap for mana of their color, but only if you control a planeswalker of that color. Ramp and mana rocks are also removed, since having more mana than the other players while having fewer creatures is unbalanced and unfun.
Blue gets Haste as a normal keyword, since part of intelligence is thinking quickly, as well as Lifelink, since helping yourself as you hurt an enemy is smart.

Buy DnD. Cancel all the licensing as best as legally possible so that there's no more 3rd party content. Branch off 4th ed instead of 3.5/5e. Make 4.5e into a literal skirmish game like Mordheim (the tabletop, not the vidya). Stop printing and selling anything else but 4.5e.
