I think I might've fucked up /tg/

I've been courting the queen of the elves via letter and the occasional sneak visit with intentions to marry her after I've solved one of the major threats to her kingdom.
And last session, an elven assassin tried to take my character down from a mile away with a special built sniper-bow.
I think this group of ancient elven illuminati might have found out about my plans to feed the Queen my BHC (Big Human Cock)
These fuckers have been secretly running the elven kingdom for longer than the continent I live on has existed; and their leaders are probably older than the country I was born in and they're hardline Anti-intergration. Think Elven /pol/, if they ran the government.

I've managed to retreat to my Thorn-covered Castle deep in my own private forest land, guarded by my retinue of plant-man and fey servants, but I can't stay here forever.
How the fuck do I get out of this without being assassinated or having to call them out and starting a war with the elves to stop the assassination attempts?
