Rebecca Guay is my favourite MtG artist, when I played I was on a quest to collect 1 of each of her cards.
I can't say she is the best fantasy artist, though. Her tone only works for certain stuff (hence her not being featured in any sets in years).

Rebecca Guay is my wife's favorite magic artist by far. I bought her a signed Kaysa print when we got married, and recently I managed to get her one of every magic card that has her art. Stupid Bitterblossom. Her favorite is probably Perish.
While searching our collection, I realized that I really dig Terese Nielsons stuff. No full art set forms though. Bitterblossom was expensive, but guru lands are CRAZY.
