I think Sam is a great manager, he did a great job at West Ham and worked magic in keeping Sunderland up.
In a perfect world he would be 5-10 years younger, I think that would be the prime age for an international manager. Because then they can really devote a big chunk of their working career to the job. But at 61 he's younger than Roy and could conceivably do the job for up to 10 years if he's good enough.
