West Ham 3-3 Arsenal - Andy Carroll maliciously lunges at Koscielny and studs him in the shin. Clear red card but only a yellow is produced. He then elbows Gabriel in the face, a straight red card shoudl again be produced but it's not even a second yellow. He then tugs back Koscielny's shirt before pretending to score a goal, this is a clear bookable offence but the referee lets it go.
