Arselel is owned by two billionaires who could give Wenger whatever amount he wants. But they don't. Cause they don't want that £60m being a 'waste'. They tried with Ozil and Sanchez. Ozil was "invisible", we all remember the shit meme, for two seaosns, according to Arsecucks anyway. Sanchez, while good last season, went a dozen games withotu scoring. In short, the board don't want to drop £60m if he won't score 30+ goals a season. They don't want to lose their £5,000 a day interest. They want to buy more ranches for half a billion.
The board are the cancer, not Arsene. Maybe Arselel should fall out of Top 4 on purpose so money can be given to make it next season. The board don't care. £15m in two windows, total, they will get £30m for qualifying for CL. So they make money. This is all the board cares about. They don't want to spend money.
Maybe you're right, maybe the best thing is for Arselel to fall out of Top 4 and struggle to remain in Top 10 and then get some money to actually compete, because at the moment, the board is happy with spending peanuts to them and making bank.
