Texas A&M were clear favourites in this game and have turned into an underdog because they lost their two starting QBs. Funny thing is that both those QBs weren't that good to begin with and I don't think the drop-off to their third string QB will be that big. Most of the team seemed to be upset at the 2 players that left so I'll figure they'll be WELL UP TO IT to play for their coach.
Texas A&M is athletically superior to Louisville and with their spread offense they should run circles around Louisville.

A 1 point margin of victory occurs 4.6% of the time in the NFL. You can literally calculate whether there's more value betting a +1.5 line or the ML.
They should always be the same but American bookmakers still use american odds which are obsessed with increments of 5 meaning you could probably find very small value one way or the other due to rounding.
