This. If your body does not respond to a load with growth then you have a hormone imbalance. Building muscle should be so easy it happens on accident, you should naturally be so strong that you accidentally break things. This is normal for a male body, even with a sedentary lifestyle. If you can't drop fat you are an estrogen bunny. It'ss been said thousands of times but beta millennial gym goers won't hear it: if you "need" steroids to grow muscle you have low testosterone. End of fucking story. There are pro athletes with T levels of a castrated twink who can't compete no matter how much they dope. There are 80 year old seniors hobbling around with enough T to knock you the fuck out. This is key.

Imho xenoestrogen is at fault. That's what our body creates in an attempt to digest free radicals from plastic. Stop eating off plastic, stop cooking on it, drinking out of it. The more plastic you touch the more xenoestrogen your body must metabolize. There is a lot you can do to raise T naturally, you don't need supplements and roids. You need to grow the fuck up and commit action to your decisions.
