The original winner actually selected from a restaurant that charges a 38.5 delivery fee. While the order itself was fine, the delivery makes it technically above the $50 limit at $60. They also charge a 5% surcharge for it being a public holiday.
I don't feel like giving money to those guys. So I think I'll choose a third winner.
