I can't tell you what exactly, but you just need to go through, and try maybe re-arranging to make it flow better. Some of the sections don't seem to fully connect

This is like a nice guitar solo that overstays its welcome, or maybe like a weird friend who says something funny and then won't shut the fuck up about it. It's not bad, but I got the feeling you recently found out a few "tricks" or new forms and just wanted to use them a lot in the span of one piece. Like the other anon said, the masterpieces of this style of music aren't just pleasing or melodic, but fucking perfect and immaculate as though expressed in geometry or pure math. If you faff about too much you sound like a pleb who can't into symmetry. Brevity is the soul of a lot of things. And if you're going for something more expressionistic (which I don't think you are), you've got a good start, but it could use a bit of magnification/exaggeration. "Subtlety" is never quite so subtle.
