http://sukebei.nyaa.se/ has a lot of Japanese games, and if there is a translation of a game there is often a torrent.
I usually search the games name in Japanese, as that is often included even in the title even for translated games.

https://vndb.org/ go here and search some tags you like, you can also limit the search to games that are in English.
On VNDB you can also find out where the translations come from, and if you can't find a translated torrent you might be able to find a patch for it here. (See Picture)

Additionally I browse here http://www.planetsuzy.org/f160-games-2d-amp-3d.html but I wouldn't recommend it unless you feel like paying for a subscription for a download site. If you do tho K2S seems to be what most people upload to.
