There have been many venezuelan posters that beg for donations, and many anons had fallen victims of this scamming pieces of shit. Who knows if they use proxys.
The most an anon got shafted with was 200 dollars.
If venezuela isn't banned sitewide, the threads of beggars will only increase. Also it is against the rules after all.
