Here are my issues with the event: (1) sure the kid didn't comply, but the officer was fast to assume lethal force would be necessary -- he didn't try to deescalate the situation at all, (2) it sure seemed to me like the kid was trying to hold his bleeding wounds after being shot when the cop told him to stop moving at the end.
