This is actually good so far.
Surprisingly clever too, all the most important top senior roles, especially for the negotiations are all middle aged white men with decent levels of relevant experience who should be doing it on merit. That said, Rudd is shit but will probably fuck up too and require Gove or someone to be parachuted in to clean up the job there and make it May the only woman in the top tier jobs.
All the 'muhhh womyns in top jobs' critics are shut up by having female PM and Home Secretary. All the junior, non-event Cabinet posts go to women for the sake of 'equality'. May's already shut all the critics up while delivering a government where all the most important things over the next few years will still likely be done by a bunch of middle-aged white men. Also worth noting having Davis and Fox in the most key roles for the real work of Brexit negotiations also means we're probably going to get a hard Brexit and not some cucked bodge job. Both are hardline Eurosceptics and have been their whole careers, before the new careerists jumped on the bandwagon. It's looking like a good Cabinet for kicking the careerists and suck-ups out.

How is that going to fuck up the deal? Davis is a proper Eurosceptic who's actually got a good level of experience dealing with the EU as Europe Minister a while back. With him we're more likely to get a hard Brexit. Boris is just doing the more ceremonial, publicity role rather than the hard nitty-gritty which Davis should be.
Also worth noting Fox will probably be dealing with the negotiations a lot as Trade Secretary, he's also a veteran Eurosceptic who want's a hardline approach with the EU.
Read between the line and this is a great deal. Boris gets the attention, the other two do the real work.
