I 100% expected female soldiers even though its a WW1 game because Sweden made it, which this at least proves I was right since they were considered but eventually cut. I'm fine with female soldiers in Black Ops 3 for example (my favorite specialist is a female) because its set in the future so they can write and do whatever they want. I would have been mad if they put them in a WW1 game though. If they ever pull that shit with any future Battlefield games that are set in real wars that happened, but want to include female soldiers, then they should make it an alternate history and add loads more twists to the setting, gameplay, and story.
