I think there are many more arguments as to why Jesus would logically be born out of a pure vessel than for the opposite.

None of that is denied by accepting that Mary was sinless. Her sinlessness has its source from Jesus too. Without Jesus she wouldn't have been made pure since her conception. But she was sinless before the crucifixion.

While you're not wrong technically, I think you come at it wrong if you're taking it in that sense. Personally, I find this view is best understood with the classic idea of innate purpose. God creates all things and creates it with purpose. To follow that purpose is to follow your nature and is to follow God's will. Thus through God's will we find our own fulfillment and our 'true selves'. As we are free to act out of that will given our free will, deviations out of that purpose are what we call sin. This is why the term "sin" translates to something akin to "to miss". It is a privation of good rather than something that actually exists.
