Any of the other blue parties can put on the brakes and take certain decisions hostage, and you have to realise this is problematic, even if you are the largest party.
What's really important though is they have representation at all. They are the 2nd largest party overall, and have a proportional representation. Had this been in England, they might not have ever been influencial to begin with.
