Not much will change really, the Euro won't decrease in value unless the pound stays quite weak (which it won't). The biggest threat to the EU economy remains an Italian recession which is worryingly likely.
The EU itself will likely be finished, if we leave I can't see the Dutch hanging around (they hate the EU more than us), then the poor countries like Ireland, Portugal and Italy will all move towards leaving. Eventually the EU will basically be Germany + Visegrad 4 (which isn't good for Germany considering the growing power the V4 have)
