With the purest form originating in Spain. It has some subgroups such as the Catalans and Basques, but these people are still call Spanish.
There is no "Spanish" land, because the heartland is called Castille, not Spain. Spain is more of an arbitrary concept, like the United States. Because there are so many different sub-cultures within Spain, I think that Portugal should be within Spain (along with Andorra), so that an Iberian Union can be created.
This would naturally promote Nationalism, as localized "multiculturalism" effectively worked in America and Russia to promote Nationalism. This would eliminate the Socialist menace destroying Portugal, Spain, and the American former colonies.
While uncertain, it seems likely that the subcultures would assimilate into Spanish culture quickly, and remain subordinates after around 10 years of mild Fascism/Nationalism. It is important to remember that Blacks in America assimilated rather well into American life, until the introduction of Welfare.
Iberia as a whole is a failure, and as bad as France in terms of Socialism, and degeneracy. While it would be hard to remain humanitarian in organizing the Unification, it seems possible.
These sub cultures as a whole must be eliminated over time, as it has only promoted bickering with Hispanics. It is not "racism", it is not "nationalism", it is not "pride".
