Religion thread? I am currently undecided, but I am open to being converted if I agree with the teachings. I believe in the existence of God, that there is one God, and that humans should do everything in their power to achieve the perfection He has set forth, but that many of us stray from the righteous path (i.e. humans must try to be good, but for many of us, that path has gone untrodden). I am not a fan of Islam because I have heard of some of its teachings and seen many of it in practice (modern 'not true Islam' would be executed in the name of true Islam, basically). Judaism is ruled out because I want to keep my soul. I am not sure about Christianity (or Abrahamic religions). I have read a little about Zoroastrianism, didn't hate what I read.
Does anybody have any thoughts or care to explain their faith to me and why they follow it?
