Now, I know what you'll all say: "hurr you dumb liberal! my jeans make my skin white and negro's skin black! gotcha!"; this, however, is a fundamental misunderstanding of the argument that race does not exist.
When someone intelligent and well versed on the subject says "race does not exist" they don't mean there are no genetic differences between people. There are, and genetic distance from different groups can be measured.
What is meant, is there is no way to actually divide different people up neatly into races. Where does one race start and another begin? When does a white person become brown, and a brown person black? You dumb right wingers can't even properly draw up the boundaries of the white race. Evidence for this can be found every time there's an argument about whether or not Slavs, Italians, Irish, Greeks, etc. are white.
So no, race does not exist. You can't arbitrarily divide different peoples up. A more accurate measure of differences among people would be ethnolinguistic groups.
