Not necessarily. Attract more business at a lower rate of tax and you can fund things in a similar way, because although the rate is lower, there's more big business to actually put in.
The UK is a desirable country. If we can play on that in the global market and do something to similar to Singapore in terms of attracting business we could do very well.
