NFS 2015 has a pretty good ingame editor.
Other games (like rfactor, AC, etc) don't have a ingame editor but instead templates that you edit with Photoshop or Gimp. You can do more stuff that way, but some cars have really shitty templates that make it really hard to do something

The pedals are arse. Table clamp on mine broke but that was probably just me being ham-fisted. It's also developed a worrying squeak when turned in-game, but it still works fine so it probably just needs opening up and lubing.
If you can afford better pedals and don't care about the h-shifter, T300 all the way (you got a warranty if it breaks anyway). If you want a h-shifter and buying the wheel at all is a stretch, let alone upgrading it, second hand G27 or look for a G29 deal.
