Otherwise, it all depends on context. They'll pull you for anything if they're bored or want to look at your car, or if they can't be bothered to work you can zip past 20 over and zero fucks given.
If they DO pull you, it's all about respect and situation. I got chased down and pulled for doing a solid 20 over for a few miles, but then they did nothing at all when they found I wasn't driving illegally or the burglar they wanted, just because I had a nice new-ish car.
