Layer them all.
Add a layer to the channel rack, click on it and then press and hold ctrl+shift and click/click and drag the plugins you want.
After that, click on "set children".
Then it's just a matter of going through the different plugins and clicking on which note you want to trigger it.

I've done this a lot before. It's a ton of fun to jam out with a MIDI keyboard with like 10 different synths for different notes.

How do I setup sound via a program like Saffire Mix Control? I have my Saffire Pro 40 connected, but my computer seems to bypass Saffire Mix Control entirely and sends all audio in mono out of my right speaker.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Usually commercial studios bought them. Back then it was basically like buying a new house, as ICs were very very expensive. A lot of famous musicians bought the first units, like Mick Jagger, Keef Emerson, George Harrison, etc. How Moroder wound up with one, I have no clue. He could have been like Jean-Micheal Jarre, and already had parental money.

you cant simply remove an instrument from a recording, you need the master tracks or if youre not lazy you could just figure it out and record it yourself ya dweeb

You do it by turning down the gain sliders on your instruments or tracks so the master output stops clipping.
All a limiter would do in the track's current state would be to stop clipping by... clipping all the peaks off the waveform. But that's already happened when you rendered to mp3.
Once you've done that, then you can use a limiter or compressor to safely make-up gain and boost loudness without significant clipping. But not before.
