The MLP Anniversary stream could be a good place for it. They seem to handle high traffic pretty well and they are already established.

Maybe someone could get in touch with Spazz (guy who does one of the HD streams) or one of the other regular weekly streams.
The real issue would be finding a way to keep a stream stable enough with I'm assuming most of /mlp/ in at one time, or coordinating a few streams to handle the traffic.
It really all comes down to coordination. A sticky would be ideal, but maybe an IRC chat or skype group for streamers to get everything lined up might work too.

nah, I don't think the view count would go higher than during the anniversary streams and it worked ok back then. Chat will probably be unreadable pure emote spam though.

That would be a good first step. My only real concern is reliability in the first week. We either have to get a 100% fail proof stream and streamer, or a backup stream at the ready in case the first one fails. Once it becomes a regular thing people will get more forgiving and patient but if it fails in the first week a lot of viewers won't turn up next time

It's not about that. It's about the convenience of watching an episode and being able to talk about it in real time instead of going back and forth between a video and a thread.

I do my commentary of document about the France-Empire Ottoman Alliance in the XVI century of 4-4.5 pages, kind of hard because can't find enough documents for the bibliography and I have to do it before in less than 24 hours...

Getting the cytube guys on board would be as easy as bringing it up in the chat, more than likely.
Bringing the mods around might be a bit harder. Someone could draft up a canned sticky that could just be copy/pasted instead of a unique one every week.
