Well up until around the time Over-Time came around TV-N (specifically takenoko) was notoriously known to specifically seek out and target smaller, newer sub groups that wanted to try and sub the currently airing shows and effectively harrassed and bullied them to the point where a lot of them quit. If you're wondering why a good amount of shows from 2000-2010 didn't get any other subs until recently, that's why.

I was among the few who stressed so hard about them using Lupin as a base because of how well it could work for Heart. Looking at Heart's new parts, I only feel that way even stronger now.
The dark red and yellow-leaning gold coloration would mix so well with this undersuit. Just repaint some bits, remove some parts, and there you go. I'll be damned if you use Lupin's suit ever again, so what does it matter? As for his helmet, his horns don't work at this size for a Rider suit. Shorten them and alter the red to match the red of the new parts and Lupin.
When the clear turn around shots for Heart come around, I'm really tempted to attempt this edit to see how right/wrong I am.
