Alright I'd say "go back into the archives" but with the archives dead you can't, so I'll try to summarize:
One guy found out about /krg/ who was a big fan of Ghost, and tried to change the general opinion about Ghost and make everyone like it. However he didn't quite understand how /krg/ works, as well as his only reasoning being "it's comfy" and "it's better than Drive" essentially, and so comfy became a running joke, as well as calling him a fat nigger, which was something he always over-reacted towards to an extreme degree. Then /krg/ found his personal Twitter (which we know it was him because he kept posting about every single instance of this happening) where he just so happened to have a picture of himself on it (the black kid with the afro and the sunglasses was him). And because he was indeed a fat nigger the jokes went turbo--charged and he got photoshopped onto everything, which made him mad so we kept doing it.
Then things started to get weird with the fuckin' shit and inflation fetish porn and the weird fanfics and I just don't even wanna remember any of that so we'll gloss over it. I guess at some point people thought "that's just how /krg/ is" and joined in and so for a solid 4/5 months or so /krg/ became one giant shitpost pile constantly mocking the guy, long after he left.

It's a costume attachment. Fundamentally, they're easier to fabricate than large wearable attachments like the Fourze weapon modules. Depending on how they were built, those were foam, plywood, vacuum formed plastic, even fiberglass shells. Plus they had to be modular to switch out with the arm and leg shells on the suit, be tough enough to withstand stunt work, and many of them had to have moveable puppeted parts. In that sense, Fouze didn't have just four weapons, it had essentially 44 different weapons.
The parkas are fabric and flexible foam. They aren't the same thing.
