The Lance one is in wma, so I hope that doesn't affect anyone too much. I had already moved the fixed version to my phone and it converts automatically. So when I uploaded the corrected version to mega again I just replaced the old version directly from my phone storage without thinking since I didn't keep the original on my HDD in the first place.

The rest are all more or less still stable though. Rina is just as hot-headed as ever, Akira is just as useless as ever, Maya is still a mostly stone-cold killer as ever, Kenji has remained an assertive leader rather than the coward his Fafner used to make him.
But yeah, Soushi is definitely influenced by Nicht in his occasional superior-than-thou statements while piloting. Kazuki remained normal until recently, though it's a lot harder to tell only because his own original altered state wasn't much different from his normal self outside of the cockpit.

>>13543396Honestly, I feel that if Fafner is to continue after Exodus with the next generation I think this is the best direction that they can go. While the struggle of the islanders is compelling, that the nuking of Japan does justify their hesitation to interact with others, the truth is that they did become isolationists and their actions did directly lead to the evolution of Festum like the Nuns feared in the first series.
That if there is a future series it focuses on the new generation trying to save as many people and Festum as possible. The development of more Alvis style ships where cohabitation is possible. Sure, with all the people they save they risk bringing in more elements that might cause trouble but is it truly wrong to want to save people? Is it truly right to live in paradise and never consider those not as fortunate? Should you stop helping people because you don't want to get hurt?

Before it's always been a matter of resource management and available space. Keeping Alvis operational probably demanded all they could acquire, no real possibility to build smaller ships especially with only one Mir.
But now they might end up with 3 individual Mirs and the crazy production power of SDPs and Festum. Creating more island ships, if on a smaller scale seems possible.And there's only one more natural progression for Human/Festum relationships really, and hopefully it'll turn out much better than what a Scrub Coral/Human relationship produced
