I'm not sure the details but I'm thinking something like the VR therapies for fear of heights or fear of spiders or something. Exposure therapy. Start looking down and seeing the body you wish you had, then slowly start exposing yourself to looking at yourself with more and more of the features you're dysphoric about, in the hope that you can shift your reaction from "I want to die and everything is hopeless because of this" to "I don't like it but either I can work on it or I can deal with it and focus on what I can work on".
