Quitting for surgery after a year on heavy doses of oxazepam and lormetazepam was physically nasty. Even if I'm used to quitting drugs cold turkey at this point...

What does happen without AAs is T will still do it's job, and try to masculinize you. The E, if in high enough dose, may be able to feminize parts of you that are not effected by T or DHT, like the breasts.
If you take E & P in high enough doses, T production is lowered or stopped in the testicles. This is one of the old HRT protocols. unfortunately it doesn't work for everybody so monitoring of T is critical.

I did tramadol too. Never got any withdrawal, it just stopped being effective. The trick is once a drug stops being effective don't take more, move on to another drug. For me it was tramadol then codeine then dihydrocodeine. Once this stops working may have to move up to actual heroin
