Diet, exercise, and supplements can help quite a lot. I am a eunuch with a test level of 13ng/dL. I take no estrogen, no testosterone. My joint pain and issues have been solved with diet, exercise, and supplements. On top of this there are drugs that actually do everything that testosterone will do for you, in a bone density and mineral absorption sense, without any masculinization, or feminization. Pretty sure the name is Silk'n Flash and Go Express. Nah, I'm not a shill. You do a full body treatment once every 2 weeks, in which you shave your whole body beforehand (which is a very arduous task) and press it to your skin and press a button and it flashes a bright light which apparently kills the root (I am not familiar with the correct terms) over time.
I have had 2 sessions so far, with my third coming up on Wednesday. They say that on average you need 5 sessions (so 10 weeks total) but for men you may need more. Even with just 2 sessions, the speed of growth on my legs has drastically reduced. They say that first the growth slows and then just stops altogether. As for hair on the rest of my body, I'd say the hair on my ass cheeks is about the same as my legs - far slower than usual. For the bladder area, it's kind of hard to tell because the hair is coarser, but I'd say it's growing in slower.
They say it can't be used on the asshole because the skin is sensitive, but I ignored that and have aloe vera gel on standby because it burns a little bit. I can't really comment on hair growth there because I doubt I can even fully shave it properly (you have to shave it, you can't yank it out because you're targeting hair during a growth cycle).
Same goes with facial hair, they say you can't use it there, though that was not mentioned on their site at all, I read it in the instruction manual, but I do it there anyways too. I am unsure if it's growing in any slower, but I will keep trying it anyways; even if it doesn't work, that wouldn't be very much electrolysis to get done anyways.

To add on to my post - I use this thing head (well face anyways) to toe, even though I don't have chest hair or back hair aside from the almost invisible ones, so I can't really comment on those areas. I use it on my arms too, which weren't too hairy to begin with, so that is another area where it is hard to notice drastic changes, but the hairs look pretty tiny for 13 days of no shaving. Armpits are pretty clean too, though I don't think I managed to shave all of the hair to begin with.

no concern for the customer. you aren't going to get in trouble for it whichever way you look at it. for the companies selling the meds, you can tell they feel like they're operating more in a grey area and are more potentially liable. qhi especially, given (i believe) they're a british HQ'd business even if the drugs are mailed from outside britain, hence their requirement that you sign an indemnity form to cover their asses legally, and pretty much every online pharma will make you agree to T&Cs saying you'll only use the meds under the guidance of a physician.

raloxifene will never be prescribed for things which they would deem to fall under the jurisdiction of gender identity clinics, for the very reason that they still have to justify medicating you by backing up claims to dysphoria, and to do such a non-binary thing would make them very skeptical.

Avoid finasteride on its own, it's not a very good antiandrogen except in regards to DHT stuff.
Why do spiro and other things scare you? They actually work better, are pretty safe in general, and if you're afraid of going sterile or such things you shouldn't be doing any of this anyway. If you start this, only start it if you're willing to commit for life. If in the first 6 months you don't like it, you can stop. After that, there are going to be permanent drawbacks to stopping it.

It is pretty safe, statistically speaking you'll probably be fine even without getting checked out. However, read up and know the warning signs to look for that will pop up if you have issues. Things like lots of headaches, decreased vision, lactation, so on and so forth. The complications are rare, however. You should be fine. Just observe yourself.
