You do realize that the cellular biology community now says that all cells have a gender, and for most of them it is set by hormones. Just two weeks after starting cross-gender hormones the majority of the cells of the skin, stomach and intestinal lining have been replaced with ones that are fully set up as the target sex. It takes approximately 15 years for all but the brain cells to be transformed over to the target sex. For brain cells there is even plasticity. The brain will very slowly switch in volume from the original sex to the target sex. As for the general layout of the brain, that seems to be set very early on and follows a plan to some point between absolute masculine and absolute feminine irregardless of the hormones present.
