The line between feminine gay male and transgender is becoming increasingly blurry with how much easier it is for people to get access to things like HRT and general resources regarding their interests and goals. This wasn't possible a few years ago because there weren't any online communities where people talked about their experiences like this.
You can really see it in the progression of how many people here are on hormones. If you did the same kind of survey in the first few /femgen/ iterations when the board was created the proportions would be totally different. Once a few of the femboys started taking HRT and speaking highly of it more and more people did as well. It suddenly becomes ok for us to just be femboys on HRT because there's all these other people in a similar situation so we have a group to identify with on a certain level.
All the labels are somewhat arbitrary though and I think they'll become increasingly meaningless as people come around to accept the use of hormones and other bodily modifications as just being a personal appearance choice rather than a cure to some incurable mental illness.

My therapist talked me into going to a trans support group. I was the only one there using pronouns that matched what I was born as (I look like a dude, why would I want/expect you to use 'she' on me? Besides they're just pronouns.)
90% all they talked about was "being in the lgbt community" and the things they missed out on not being their desired gender growing up.
I went through a lot of envy for girls, and 8 years ago I was "definitely trans". But now that I'm older and more bitter towards the world and experienced it more, yeah, I'm at the edge where I only have 1 or 2 more sessions of therapy until I'm buying my own damn pills, explaining what they are when my parents ask and just seeing if I can move on with my life.

I'm thinking raloxifene should be cycled in only when the gyno is acting up and then left out when it's gone. Bodybuilders use raloxifene for that exact reason and length of time. So while you're dealing with potential gyno you're also getting more e.
I'm thinking taking them both at the same time might be harder on your liver (fluta and tamoxifen are mentioned explicitly in the side effects of fluta on the wiki about causing "mild liver damage" until taken off of tamoxifen).
Bica seems to leave your T in your blood so it's still there and can aromatase into e at low levels.
If your cells can't take in T, I'm not sure how your bones would do. The wikipedia page makes very little mention of osteoporisis with bicalutamide and only for when it's combined with a replacement estrogen analogue pill as well (so that prostate cancer patients don't get feminized from all that E I guess).
