Depends on what else you take, and keep in mind that if you take SERM alone it can rise your test levels via inhibiting negative feedback.
If you take it with bica it should work really well cause bica doesn't stop test production but shuts down androgen receptors and test has no effect but still gets converted to estro even more, giving you enough feminization. Thus bica+SERM is considered a 'puberty blocking' combo as much cheaper alternative to hormone blockers or a variant for MtFs who are not yet ready to fully transition.
Also since SERM can reverse some breast growth so you can cycle - and you probably should, cause taking it for a long period can cause liver damage (cases for women who are treating breast cancer for ~2 years, so its not a huge concern for cyclic usage)
That's what I read so far, haven't heard of anyone taking it for year+ as feminization therapy, its more popular among bodybuilders and standard for breast cancer treatment.
