What is Husbando Mode?

Are you in a place where you can bike? That's a great way to build your stamina and lose some pounds. I bike 30-60 minutes a day. Couldn't live without it, now.
Jogging is, of course, classic, but I find it gets boring and repetitive. Plus it has a lot of impact on your knees, so if you've got bad knees like me, it's certainly not ideal.
