honestly people who constantly think "I can't do this" or make whatever bullshit excuses for their behavior come across as cowards who need to take responsibility for their actions. If they have a diagnosed mental disorder or something that's another issue but the stupidest thing that they do is that they convince themselves that they alone are the only ones who feel social anxiety when in reality almost literally everyone does.
