Sometimes I feel really intelligent and witty and capable of socializing with people, but sometimes I feel like all those times I've just deceived myself to get by.
The weekend was going so well until Christmas. I know nobody else probably thinks much about it and nothing bad really happened, but opening up gifts was so awkward to me.
I didn't want anything specific so my mother got me a bunch of clothes that I didn't really like. I'm not upset about it or ungrateful, she just wanted me to try them on and I really didn't want my family starring at me with these clothes that I thought looked strange, so I was reluctant and said that maybe I'd do it later.
I wish I could fake gratitude a little more gracefully. Oh well.
This wouldn't make me so anxious if I hadn't had an awkward conversation about anime with my uncle earlier. Nobody in my family is really familiar with any kind of anime so the conversation was very uninformed and there were strange misconceptions being thrown around. If I were more articulate, I wouldn't feel so awkward trying to have an honest conversation about it. Whatever, gonna grit my teeth and go out to dinner with everybody.

If you're not on some serious starvation diet then it's not like you won't be putting any fat on, you'll just be losing a little more each day than you're putting on. Also while boobs do have a lot of fat in them they aren't just fat, and you need that estrogen to jump start the glands in them developing.
But HRT isn't even just growing tits anyways. It's softer skin, way less chance of going bald, fat distribution in other areas, halting the growth and possibly reversing some androgenic hair growth, less male sex drive, etc. If all this stuff appeals to you then in my opinion the choice should be easy, if it doesn't then think on your decision some more, but don't fall into the trap of focusing on one thing like breasts and thinking that's the sum of it.
