Ok so watching this, again, noticing a couple of points.
Foot and knee placement and angle. More closer to what I did originally. I was told to move my feet closer together, and keep them facing forward. Given I'm 6' and have what, a 30-32" chest, it's not hard to imagine that shoulder width is fucking difficult for me to push up from parallel.
Another thing is back straightness; I was told my back wasn't straight enough until I was almost flexing it backwards.

I posted on here the other night about my boyfriend not coming home on time. He died. His body was found in the elevator at his work as he was leaving to come home (he was the last to leave and the janitor wasn't assigned that night for clean up). Apparently he had collapsed from a heart attack and died. He was only 22 and in very good shape.
