Okay, here's what I can say: it's not so much about whether or not you CAN pass at all, as if certain people just can never pass. Skilled makeup can make a human look like an alien with a butt for a face. So, it's more about how hard it would be. My suggestion would be to just try it out-try presenting as female, and see how it goes. Don't worry if you don't pass on the first shot or anything-just means you might have to try harder next time. You probably won't be amazing at makeup on your first try-maybe get some help from someone else, if possible (places like Sephora offer free application and even lessons if you buy a lot of their stuff). And, most importantly, don't worry about making yourself look a certain way for OTHER people-look a certain way for yourself. Makeup should be a tool for enjoying yourself and gaining confidence, not something stressful that you feel you have to apply and have to live up to certain standards. Even cis women have problems with that, though not necessarily in terms of passing, but still.
Use pictures of yourself after being made to look however you want to look, and then invite people to state your gender based off the images, but WITHOUT the context of "I'm trans". Once someone gives that context, people automatically start looking for faults. There are passing threads here where people sometimes post cis women for shits and giggles, and then the pictures get critiqued with "It's obvious you're trans, here's how to pass better". If you do that, you might be able to get a sense of how well you pass.
