You can get velcro in bulk online if you care to make one yourself. If velcro isn't your thing, there are a variety of fabrics that you could get your hands on for a fairly cheap price at your local fabric shop or walmart or wherever.
Alternatively, there's a couple of sites in the pastebin near the bottom of the page that offer fairly decent priced patch panels.
