You did okay I guess. That rig is shit and $60 is about what it's worth. You'd be better off hanging thing from your belt; if you're going to go with a chest rig you should do it right.
Pistols do not go on your chest, they go on your hip or leg. You're wasting critical space with it there. Also, you need a maximum of 2+1 pistol mags, no way you want 4+1 unless you're an officer and your secondary is your primary.
Missing a medkit, that's a must. Flashlight. Markers are nice to have sometimes. If you want to get a rig like that you better have some fucking plates too.
Springfield is shit too, but even if you want to argue a subcompact will not do. Get a compact or a full sized handgun.
The rifle (not knowing the brand) is fine. Grip looks fuck-all stupid and that rifle better have a fucking light on it. Also consider a hollow point ammunition, its hard to fill all your magazines with Hornady 75 gr BTHP but Tula makes some good stuff.

At the absolute minimum, a SADF chest rig. Plus a good pistol belt set up. That UTG rig is airsoft at the very best.

Strong side is quicker to draw and frees up space on your chest.
