If you want to have pouches on the carrier then an LBT 6094, Crye JPC, Mayflower APC, Paraclete SOHPC. Right now legit kit on eBay has an over run of US Marshall 6094 from LBT for 199 dollars which is a hell of a deal.
There are a lot of good options but I would recommend steering clear of Beez combat systems
