Few buildings, some wire fences.
Outdoor range, 50 yards with room to be extended up to 200 yards if necessary.
Events: Shooting, camping, cooking out, possibly hunting if we can get a small game permit, atv off-roading is possible but rolling hills are no fun.
It's 56 acres but we can only use about 3/4 of that.

I think Bodyline (http://bodyline.jp/en/) has a few "girl" cosplays premade in men's sizes but I dunno if their Touhou ones come in men's sizes.
