The first issue with fetish porn is that it doesn't really fit well into what a moege is about, which is developing a loving relationship between MC and one of the heroines. Anything that involves actors other than the MC, acts that are often considered disgusting or degrading and such are out of the question. Say your fetish is to watch girls get fucked by dogs, how would you even approach that in a moege? It makes no sense. Group sex also doesn't fit in what you'd expect in a relationship with a sexually "pure" high schooler. Basically sluts don't really fit in moege and when they're put in they're bashed endlessly so anything that a slut would do is out. Then there's stuff like exhibitionism, scat, bondage etc that considered damaging, humiliating and degenerate so once again they would turn off people who came for pure relationships. At most you'll see light femdom/femsub stuff, blindfods, some vibrators during sex scenes and such, having sex outside but never in front of people, etc but those are all relatively softcore so they are generally enjoyed by the fans and tolerated by those who aren't.
This brings us to the second issue, which is that they simply risk turning off a significant chunk of their audience the more extreme the porn is, understandably. Vanilla is a very safe approach to porn because it is the most natural, widespread and universally liked or tolerated. Most people search for other things aside from the porn when reading moege and charage (such as comedy, romance, relationship developments, some drama), making the porn in it a much less crucial aspect than in other types of games, even if it's still important.
Therefore, when you just want to fap, it's much easier to pick up a nukige that contains fetishes you're into and fap to that, and consider the possible faps in moege to be a bonus rather than the main point.

But Sengoku's story & characters & processing are pretty good imo, the only problem were not having h-scenes and being incomplete. For example the characters keep mentioning about the Matsudaira problem, how are they gathering soldiers and how a war awaits them, what can they do etc. But the game suddenly ends like "I'm sure we will find a way!" without even touching that problem, for saving that arc to X version.
Personally I think Sengoku is even better than the famous Shin koihime series so as long as they don't fuck it up at the ending or something I'm pretty sure this'll be good as well.

Twinkle Crusaders' fan disc. Denuvo is purely a software protection, it is crackable because you have access to the whole execution environment using a debugger. It's just that it takes takes a lot of effort and brains to get past the VM obfuscation, security through obscurity basically. If it were provably uncrackable, the developers would have marketed it as such - it's only meant to slow down the crackers. One of the reasons it does so well might be because there's much less interest in cracking than ever before, either no new blood in the scene (millennials would rather use facebook all day than learn), former crackers growing up and landing security jobs, reversers being interested in vulnerability research which is far more lucrative (you don't get shit for cracking games while bug bounty programs pay a lot), law enforcement being more capable than before, or maybe denuvo doesn't employ any new tricks so it's not seen as challenge by experienced crackers who won't bother with it because it's no fun
Hardware based protection like Intel SGX is going to make things uncrackable in the traditional sense because you can't debug or modify the code executed in an enclave unless you extract the hardware key from the CPU. It's still not available on the consumer market and there's no telling if it ever takes off, but IMO it's going to be far too useful for the movie industry not to ignore it. Just be aware that it's coming a few years from now and the future looks grim. We can only hope there's going to be a way to get past it if you have physical access to hardware.

2djgame's cracker is shitty, there's another one on 2dgal who seems to love pissing off eroge devs (he cracked that previous Akabei game). I think he used the trial method, but I'm too lazy and unskilled to analyze his crack and tell for sure. In general the trial and the full game use the same engine so there's a lot of code shared between exeuctables, only the game files are different (in some cases you could "crack" the game bu running it with the trial executable with the game files from the complete version, an example is Closed Game which used Starforce), a slight modification might enable the trial exe to work.
The DRM is going to be the same as before (Buddy), this time strengthened with Denuvo (Denuvo is used along with an existing DRM like Steam or Origin on AAA games). Buddy seems pretty weak to me, one thing they do right is encrypting the whole game code (unlike Soft Denchi) but they don't have any antidumping mechanism, it's very easy to dump a working executable once you run the game (you need a serial still) but I think Denuvo is going to make it nontrivial, there's no way they're going to leave that hole open. The strength is going to depend on the level of cooperation with Denuvo, I bet they would piss themselves with laughter if they saw Buddy and offer some improvements to at least make protecting it worthwhile. One thing I don't get is how they're going to make it work with Buddy since it's 32-bit while Denuvo is 64-bit.

The trial crack is more likely, the Buddy one is only applicable if the cracker has access to a legit serial which probably won't be the case. You can't run the game without a serial because you need to provide it to Buddy's server to get the decryption key for the executable.
