I've been working on this for a month and a half or so. I usually browse on my phone so I just make a note of the rare flag there, and then produce it with URL later and add it to the map. Not sure what my rarest would be.

I save proxies until I see a non-proxy post from that ISP. I label all proxies saved so that I know which ones to replace (appx. 5% of my flags are proxies).

Since 6/26/15, though I have a few saved from before then because I've browsed /int/ since before flags were added, and I screencapped a few flags without knowing I'd be needing them one day for my collection.

M8 you can cheat those in, they're literally impossible to obtain normally, no ISPs default to either of those flags. Until Swaglord finds a way to make it his flag, even the strictest of the flag purists will allow those to be cheated in.
